Keeping Customers Safe. COVID Safety Precautions

With all that’s happening these days, Buckhead Auto Sport would just like to outline the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our customers and clients.

As a service business, a lot of what we do requires close interaction with our customers and their vehicles. Stephen Adams and his team regularly have full panel COVID blood tests to be sure that they are safe when talking to customers. We have limited the number of customers that are allowed in the waiting area and encourage drop-offs verses waiting.

When a vehicle arrives at the shop, we thoroughly wipe down all touchable surfaces on the interior to protect our service team. Once the service or repair is complete, a second disinfectant is done. This ensures that our workers and work area are clean and protected.

Drop-off and pick-up also include contactless options where you can call us to explain issues, and handle approvals and payments over the phone. We have room to safely leave your vehicle and we’ll contact you for troubleshooting and resolutions.

Don’t have time to drop-off and pick-up? Buckhead Auto Sport’s concierge service has been an option for years. We’ll come pick-up your vehicle diagnosis the problems, preform the necessary repairs and return the vehicle to you when complete. It’s our concierge service that has made us a preferred shop in aftermarket service and repairs in the Buckhead/Sandy springs area.
