In May Stephen Adams, Owner of Buckhead Auto Sport, announced that they were purchasing Buckhead Motor Works in Sandy Springs, GA. Owner and head mechanic, Tony Burdett decided to retire and enjoy activities other than ones with his head under the hood of a BMW. Over the years he and Stephen had become friends. When Tony decided to sell his business, he trusted that the Buckhead Auto Sport team would treat his customers with the same integrity as he has over the years.
As part of the sale, Brett Sanderson, longtime service manager at BMW, decided to join Stephen's team. Brett Sanderson started at Buckhead Motor Works in 1986. Buckhead Motor Works was a leading shop in the Sandy Springs/ Buckhead area, Brett help mold and grown them for the next 33 years before joining and integrating their long time business into the Buckhead Auto Sport team. Brett has great name in the industry and an extremely loyal following in this town for BMW repair and service.
